Recipe: Chocolate Mint Delight (using pudding mix, Oreos, and candy canes)

CHOCOLATE MINT DELIGHT

1 (3 7/8 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
28 miniature cream-filled chocolate cookies crushed, divided
1/4 cup crushed candy canes (or peppermint candies)
frozen chocolate-flavored whipped topping, thawed
additional peppermint candy (or miniature candy canes)

Prepare pudding with milk according to pkg. directions. Divide among individual dessert dishes.

Reserve 2 Tbsp. crushed cookies. Sprinkle the remaining cookies over pudding. Top with crushed candy. Spoon whipped topping over candy. Sprinkle with reserved crushed cookies. Garnish with peppermints or miniature candy canes.

Make 4-6 servings
