Recipe: Neopolitan Sheet Cake (Poke Cake)

Desserts - Cakes

Hi Juanita,

I _ think_ this is the recipe you want.

Neopolitan Sheet Cake

3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 marble cake mix
1 envelope whipped topping mix
3-oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Dissolve gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Set aside. Bake cake according to directions on box for 9" x 13" cake. Cool cake for 20 to 25 minutes. Poke holes in cake with large fork. Pour gelatin over entire cake. Refrigerate. For topping, mix remaining ingredients and beat 3 to 8 minutes, or until stiff. Ice cake with topping. Refrigerate cake until ready to serve.
