Recipe: No-bake cookies (without peanut butter) - Candy Cookies, Fudge Cookies, and No-Bake Fudge Cookies

2 cups oatmeal (dry)
1 cup coconut
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
Combine oatmeal, coconut, and chocolate chips in a large bowl; set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and milk and bring to a boil and cook, while stirring, for 1 1/2 minutes or until thickened.
Pour sugar mixture over oat mixture, stir until mixed.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper.
FUDGE COOKIES
1/4 lb. margarine or butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
6 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 cups quick oats
Melt margarine in large saucepan. Add sugar, milk, cocoa, and salt. Bring this to a rolling boil and cook, while stirring, until thick.
Remove from stove and add vanilla. Stir in the oats a little at a time.
Let mixture cool slightly, then drop tablespoonfuls onto wax paper.
NO-BAKE FUDGE COOKIES

1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup evaporated milk
4 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup nuts
Mix together sugar, cocoa and salt in a saucepan. Stir in evaporated milk and mix until smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring often until a few drops form soft ball when dropped in cold water.
Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
