PEANUT BUTTER CANDY COOKIES
Makes 32 cookies
1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups cornflakes
Mix peanut butter, sugar and milk to a smooth cream. Stir in cornflakes until thoroughly blended with peanut butter mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 6 minutes or until evenly browned.
CHOCOLATE CLUSTERS
Makes 30 clusters
1 cup (6 oz. pkg.) semi sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups dry unsweetened cereal (chopped cornflakes)
Put the chocolate chips in the saucepan and place over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until the chips are about half melted.
Remove from heat and stir until the chips are melted and smooth. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk. Stir in the dry cereal, making sure that the chocolate mixture evenly coats the cereal pieces.
Drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a sheet of aluminum foil and let the clusters harden.
