Recipe: Noodle Kugel

Noodle Kugel

1 pkg wide egg noodles
1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
1 large (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup raisins
Cinnamon and sugar

Cook noodles al dente, drain and rinse. Melt butter in 13x9-inch pan and toss noodles to coat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over noodles. Sprinkle with raisins, cinnamon, and sugar. Bake for 1 hour at 350F. Serve warm.
