Recipe: Old Post Office Sunflower Dressing

Old Post Office Sunflower Dressing
Source: Old Post Office restaurant, Fayetteville

(please note the large quantity this makes)

5 cups oil
2 cups vinegar
1 lb. honey
1 1/2 oz. salt
3/4 oz. ground white pepper
1/4 oz. freeze dried chives
1 lb. sugar
2 1/2 oz. granulated garlic
4 oz. roasted sunflower seeds

Add ingredients to mixer in order given. Mix on medium speed. Stir in sunflower seeds.
