ORANGE CHOCOLATE UNCOOKED ICING
2 to 4 tbsp orange juice
1 1/2 to 2 cups icing sugar
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Add sugar and cocoa gradually to the liquid, blending well after each addition, until icing is of the right consistency to spread on cake.
