Recipe(tried): Orange Teriyaki Salmon

Orange Teriyaki Salmon
Servings: 4

3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground ginger
4 salmon fillets (6-ounces each) about 1 inch thick

Preheat oven to 450F.

Combine first 6 ingredients in an 8-inch square baking dish, stirring with a whisk. Add fish to baking dish; spoon sauce over fish.

Bake at 450F for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting occasionally with the sauce.
