Recipe: Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon

Grilled Honey-Balsamic Salmon
Servings: 2

1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice (sub for mustard)
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
12 ounces salmon steaks -- 2 (6 oz) steaks, 1/2 inch thick
Cooking Spray

Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; brush mixture over fish.

Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place on grill over medium-hot coals (350-400 degrees). Place fish on rack; grill, covered, 2-3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately.
