Recipe(tried): Outback Ceasar Salad

The recipe from Top Secret is NOTHING like what the restauraunt makes. I would really love a version that is closer to the original. For one thing, NO ceasar dressing contains mayonnaise.. the creamy texture comes fom the emulsion of the oil and lemon juice, which, yes, is mayo of sorts, but adding store-bought mayo is awful.. HELP!
