Recipe: Outback Honey Mustard Sauce

Misc.

Hi Bonnie;
This is the sauce they serve with the Alice Springs Chicken. They marinate the chicken in it also, use part of it for that and keep the rest for the sauce but DO NOT REUSE THE PART THAT WAS USED FOR THE MARINADE

HONEY MUSTARD MARINADE AND SAUCE
1/2 cup grey poupon dijon mustard
1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
With electric mixer, combine the above ingredients and beat for about 30 seconds. Use about 2/3 to marinate chicken breasts covered for about 2 hours in fridge. Chill remaining sauce until later.
