Recipe(tried): Oven Pot Roast
MenusThis is quick and easy - I have 4 kids of which two are 9 year old twin boys and the other two are 15 (boy) and 13 (girl)
Use heavy duty Large sized aluminum foil. Place meat in center of foil and sprinkle Lipton's Onion Soup around the meat. Pull foil up and tighten edges, leaving a gap large enough to pour water in. Pour about 3/4 cup of water into meat/soup mixture and seal the foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for approx 3/4 to 1 hour. When done meat should slice like butter and you'll have a tasty au jus to serve as well. I usually serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie or salad.
