Recipe(tried): Crock Pot London Broil

Menus

Try using a crock pot.... here's two ways that I've used the crock pot for cooking London Broil.

#1. Put London Broil in crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or until done). Shred meat by hand and discard fatty pieces. Add your favorite bottled BBQ sauce and hit for 2 hours and then serve on Hamburger Rolls (or better yet Kaiser Rolls). This makes a great tasting BBQ sandwich.

If BBQ is not what you want or if you have a lot of shredded meat, put aside some and then add cumin, onions, green chilies, cilantro and use for burritos.

Both of these freeze well for a dinner later.

#2. Put London Broil in crock pot. Dice a small onion, and two stalks of celery and add to pot. Pour one can of beer over top. Pour one jar of chili sauce over top. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or until tender. Serve with Mashed taters. I also use Flank Steak or Brisket with this recipe.

Enjoy!!! I understand your predicament...I have a nine month old and a 3 year old!!!! Whew!
