Recipe(tried): London Broil
MenusKim,
Here is a recipe I make all the
time--Marinate the meat in a
mixture of: 1/2 cup white wine,
1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup
teriyaki sauce, 1 small clove
garlic, crushed, 1/2 teasp.
Worsheshire sauce, 1/2 teasp. sugar,
and 1/4 teas. curry power. (you can
make this mixture ahead of time)
Marinate the meat in this overnight
and cook on a grill (or broil in
your oven)until done to your taste.
I found if you cook it to the
medium rare stage and slice it
very thin then it's nice and
tender.
