Overnight Fruit Salad

1 (20-ounce) can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
2 (11-ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (6-ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
2 teaspoons Tang orange drink mix
2 or 3 unpeeled apples, diced
2 or 3 bananas, diced

Dissolve orange drink mix in pineapple juice. Add instant pudding mix. Stir until thick. Fold in pineapple and oranges. Chill overnight. Before serving, add apples and bananas.
