Recipe: Overnight Muesli (using yogurt and crushed pineapple)
Breakfast and BrunchOVERNIGHT MUESLI
1 cup uncooked oats (quick or old-fashioned)
2 cups nonfat plain yogurt
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Stir all ingredients together until blended. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for up to 4 days.
Serve with sliced fruit and toasted nuts.
Makes 3 cups, for 6 servings
