Maybe you can ask them what kind of potato recipe it is. This is the what I found below.

Pace Legendary Twice Baked Potatoes

Everyone loves baked potatoes and these, cooked twice, are twice as delicious as most. That's because they're flavored with smoky cheese, crisp bacon, and Pace Fire-Roasted Tomato Chunky Salsa.

Prep. time:25 minutes Cooking time:25 minutes
Serves: 4

Source: Pace Recipes

4 hot baked potatoes
1 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese, or Monterey Jack cheese

1/3 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace Fire-Roasted Tomato Chunky Salsa

Directions

CUT potatoes into lengthwise halves. Remove potato and place in bowl. Add 3/4 cup cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, bacon and onions. Mix well.

FILL potato halves with mixture and place on baking sheet.

BROIL until lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil until melted. Top with salsa.
