Pace Legendary Twice Baked Potatoes
Everyone loves baked potatoes and these, cooked twice, are twice as delicious as most. That's because they're flavored with smoky cheese, crisp bacon, and Pace Fire-Roasted Tomato Chunky Salsa.

4 hot baked potatoes
1 cup shredded smoked gouda cheese, or Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup Pace Picante Sauce
1/4 cup diced cooked bacon
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 jar (16 ounces) Pace Fire-Roasted Tomato Chunky Salsa
Directions
CUT potatoes into lengthwise halves. Remove potato and place in bowl. Add 3/4 cup cheese, sour cream, picante sauce, bacon and onions. Mix well.
FILL potato halves with mixture and place on baking sheet.
BROIL until lightly browned. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and broil until melted. Top with salsa.
