Recipe: Pacific Punch, Wedding Punch, Golden Wedding Punch

PACIFIC PUNCH

1/2 cup sugar
3 oranges thinly sliced
Juice of 4 lemons
2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1/2 cup diced strawberries
8 cups dry white wine
3 cups sparkling wine

Combine all ingredients and chill. When ready to serve, add wine.

Wedding Punch

One large frozen lemonade concentrate
One large can frozen white grape juice, diluted according to directions on can
A touch of vanilla
fresh mint, if available
Sprite or 7-up (optional)

Combine lemonade and diluted white grape juice. Add a touch of vanilla to cut sharpness, and some fresh mint if available.

This is a refreshing drink.
If you need something with a little zing to it, reduce the amount of water and add some sprite or 7-up.

GOLDEN WEDDING PUNCH

1 (12 fluid ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1 (46 fluid ounce) can sweetened pineapple juice
1 3/4 cups lemon juice
2 cups white sugar
1 gallon water

In a 2 gallon punch bowl, combine orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar. Stir in water.
