Recipe: Herbed Spinach Bake (using rice, cheddar cheese, and eggs)

HERBED SPINACH BAKE

2 Pkgs (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp salt
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground thyme

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid.

In a large bowl, combine spinach and remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared baking pan.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer or until set....
