Pan Fried Razor Clams
Melt some butter in a pan. Dust Clams with flour lighty seasoned with salt and pepper. Fry on med. heat for 1 or 2 minutes and turn and fry 1 minute on other side. Clams don't take long besure to not overcook. I like to squeeze fresh lemon on mine, also try cocktail sauce.
