Recipe(tried): Fried Razor Clams

Main Dishes - Fish, Shellfish
FRIED RAZOR CLAMS

Clean 1 limit (15 clams)

Dredge in flour

Dip in egg wash

Dredge in cracker meal (lightly sprinkled with seasoning salt, like Johnny's)

Fry 1/2 inch hot (400 degree F oil, like canola)

Cook for about one minute on each side. This will make them crisp and hot. Drain on paper towel.

Note: Cook them too long, they will be tough like rubberbands.
