Panama Ceviche
2 pounds of flounder, cut in small pieces
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cups lemon juice
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon salt
1/3 cups cilantro, chopped
Mix everything put in the refrigerator for 6 hours.
You can do it two ways.
You can add:
1/2 cup ketchup
1 small can of corn
