Recipe(tried): Pancake Syrup (using fruit juice)
Breakfast and BrunchHi ann...
its rather simple and very flexiable.
Pancake Syrup
1/4 cup of whatever juice you like
1 cup of sugar
the easy way is to microwave it for 1 minute then an additional minute - use something tall or it will make a sticky mess in the microwave.
the other way is put it on the fire/stove over medium heat and stir until it comes to a boil and all the sugar is dissolved... lower the heat and keep boiling until it is the desired thickness.
Good luck and God Bless!
