Recipe(tried): Parmesan-Cream Potatoes (THE BEST!)

This is a family favorite & no one leaves the table without commenting on how
deliciously rich & hearty it is! PARMESAN CREAM POTATOES

3.5# red potatoes: peeled, boiled & drained. Mash while warm.

In a large bowl add:

1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. whipping cream (not whippped)
1 TB. minced garlic
1 TB. seasoned salt
1 TB white pepper
2 TB butter
8 oz. cream cheese; softened

*Beat well & add potatoes to bowl. Stir to combine. Mixture will be very thick &
dense.

*Place in a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with parsley.

*Bake at 350* for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.
SERVES: 6-8 Generous servings

**I often double the recipe for large gatherings & then use a 9x13 pan.
