Recipe: Rice Mixes - Lemon Dill Rice Mix and Vegetable Rice Mix

LEMON DILL RICE MIX

1 Tbsp dried grated lemon peel
1 tsp minced dried onion
4 cubes chicken boullion
2 tsp dill weed
1 tsp salt
2 cups raw rice

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container until ready to use.

TO COOK:
Combine 1 portion of rice mix to 2 parts of water. Add 1 Tbsp butter and cook as usual.

VEGTABLE RICE MIX

4 vegtable broth cubes
1 tsp salt
2 tsp each celery seed, onion flakes, green pepperflakes sweet red pepper flakes
2 cups raw rice

Combine all ingredients and store in airtight container until ready to use.

TO COOK:
Combine 1 portion of rice mix to 2 parts of water. Add 1 Tbsp butter and cook as usual.
