Recipe: Passion Fruit Mousse
Misc. PASSIONFRUIT MOUSSE
1 (300ml) tub thickened cream (10 ozs)
1/2 cup castor sugar
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk + 1 teaspoon
pulp of 3 passionfruit
whipped cream
extra passionfruit Combine first three ingredients together.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Beat with an electric handbeater until thick, add passionfruit.
Spoon into serving glasses.
Garnish with whipped cream and extra passionfruit.
