Recipe(tried): Passover Prune Chicken

Misc.
This tastes better than it sounds.

PASSOVER PRUNE CHICKEN

3 lbs. skinned chicken portions
1 small pack prunes
1 small bottle tomato ketchup
2 large sliced onions
Matzo meal, salt and pepper

Coat chicken in mixture of flour, salt and pepper (to taste). Arrange in layers of onion and coated chicken and dot with prunes. Pour over some ketchup. Repeat. Bake in casserole at 400 degrees for about an hour until rich brown sauce is formed and chicken is tender.
