Recipe(tried): Patty-A Mint Chocolate Mix

Misc.

Here's my recipe:
1 cup powdered nondairy coffee creamer
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup dry cocoa powder
1/4 cup mint chocolate morsels ( note below )
1/2 cup minature marshmallows
Combine all ingredients, store in an airtight container. Yield: 2-1/2 Mix
Directions for gift card: Add 2/3 cup boiling water to 1/3 cup dry mix. Stir until marshmallows dissolve. Yield 1 cup.
**This was my favorite, until Nestles quit making the mint flavored chocolate chips. Now I use peppermint candy ( the red and white striped ). I put the peppermint candy canes in a small bag and then crush them with a hammer or meat cleaver. Just mix the crumbs with the mix. Use as many as you desire-make a cup and try it until you get the peppermint flavor you want.
