PEACH CREAM CHEESE CAKE
1 box (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1/3 cup cooking oil
2 cans (16 oz. each) sliced peaches (or 1 large can), drained, reserve juice
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
In large bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, water, pudding mix and cooking oil, beating time recommended on cake mix box. Pour mixture into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.
Spread drained peach slices evenly over surface of mixture.
Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar and 3 tablespoons of the reserved peach juice until smooth. Spoon over top of peaches.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes.

Bake 40 minutes in 350 degree F oven.
