A friend of mine use to make these peanut butter candy...Not sure if this is what your looking for but I thought I would give it a try. She used a potato cooked and mashed with a little butter added enough icing sugar to a spreadable consistancy than spreaded it out on waxed paper like a log preperation then spread the peanut butter. Carefully roll it up using the wax paper as your guide then cut it into small rolled cookies. Hope this helps
