Recipe: Peppy Tortilla Wedges (appetizers)

PEPPY TORTILLA WEDGES

4 (7 inch) flour tortillas
8 ounces (2 cups) Land O Lakes Chedderella Cheese, shredded
6 ounces ground pork sausage, cooked, well-drained
1 medium, 1/2 cup, tomato, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
1/4 cup sliced green onions
salsa if desired

Heat oven to 425 degrees F.

Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheets. Top each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese and 1/4 cup sausage to within 1/2 inch of edge.

Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top each tortilla with 2 tablespoons tomato, 1 tablespoon green onions and 1/4 cup cheese. Cut into wedges. Serve with salsa if desired.

Makes 16 appetizers
