Recipe(tried): Pickled Polish Sausage

Main Dishes - Pork, Ham
We tried this recipe and added some garlic to it and we really liked the results. Also, we ran out of white vinegar so we substituted 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. We also threw some hard boiled eggs in the jar. Very good.
