Recipe(tried): Pineapple Cheese Mold (using lime jello, cottage cheese, evaporated milk , and mayonnaise)

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in the boiling water.
Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into a one quart mold; chill until firm.
Makes 8 servings
