Recipe: Pizza Dough (from Welbilt Bread Machine Manual)

1 cup beer
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1 tbsp. yeast
Place ingredients in machine in order listed. Use Dough cycle.
When cycle ends, remove dough from pan and press into lightly greased, 12-inch pizza pan. Brush lightly with vegetable oil. Cover with a cloth and allow to rise in a warm area for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spoon 1 cup tomato or pizza sauce over dough. Top with 1 cup mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings.
Bake 25-30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Makes 1 thick-crust pizza.
Note: For a thinner crust, divide dough in half and press into 1 1/2-inch pans. Bake 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees F.

There is a pizza recipe that came with my Welbilt bread machine recipe book that called for beer instead of water. It made the best pizza and pepperoni rolls, but i have missed place my book and really would enjoy making the pizzas again. Could someone please help me?
