Plum Crumble
6-8 servings

4 cup pitted plums, thinly sliced
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine

Mix sliced plums and brown sugar in the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking pan. Combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, and salt in a mixing bowl; add beaten egg and mix till crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over sliced fruit. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
