Recipe(tried): Plum Peachy Jam turned out really good..

FYI,

I experimented with the peach/plum idea and used unsweetened peaches from my freezer (out of my own little peach tree in the back yard. I used the Sure-Jell recipe, using half of the plum recipe and half of the peach. I used 7 cups of sugar and it turned out really well.

I think I'll try Barb's ideas next.
