Recipe: Heavenly Hash (using Royal Ann Cherries)

HEAVENLY HASH

12 Fluff-i-est Marshmallows (large marshmallows)
3/4 cup diced pineapple
1 cup pitted Royal Ann cherries
1 cup orange sections
1/2 cup walnut meats
3/4 cup macaroon crumbs
1/2 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
red jelly or maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Cut Fluf-i-est Marshmallows in eighths with wet scissor blades.

Combine well-drained fruits and marshmallows; chill thoroughly.

WHEN READY TO SERVE:
Add nut meats, macaroon crumbs, and whipped cream; toss lightly to mix.

Serve in sherbet dishes and garnish with dot of red jelly or maraschino cherry.

Makes 6 servings
