Recipe(tried): Poor Man's Lobster

Here is our receipe for Poor Man's Lobster:

3lbs - 1"cubes Halibut
1/2 gallon of water
1/2 cup of salt
1/2 cup of sugar

Bring water, salt and sugar to boil. Add halibut and boil for 3-4 minutes. Drain.
Enjoy with melted garlic butter.
Try and tested to be a hit with everyone.
