Mock Lobster

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 pound fresh haddock
1/4 stick butter or margarine -- melted
4 ounces Ritz crackers -- crushed

Cut haddock into bite-sized chunks and add buttter and cracker crumbs. Mix well and place in casserole dish. Cover and bake 325 for 20 minutes.

Serves 4
