Hi Terrie, I tried your Pork Rillette recipe and it is absolutely delicious. However, with a picnic between 7 and 8 lbs, I has way loads of pork. So, I froze some and make a loaf with the rest and even had some stock left over for another use. Good recipe, way to go and thanks.
