Pork Stroganoff

Ingredients:

1-1/2 lb. pork stew meat, cut into 1" cubes
1-1/2 cups water
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
2 tsp. paprika
1 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbl. cornstarch
3/4 cup sour cream
2 tbl. fresh parsley or 2 tsp. dried parsley
1 (12oz) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:

Coat a sauce pan with non-stick cooking spray. Brown the pork then drain the fat and set aside. In same pan, bring 1-1/4 cups water to a boil. Add the bouillon and paprika. Add the pork, onion and garlic. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Combine the cornstarch and the remaining water. Gradually add to the pan, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat and add the sour cream and parsley. Serve over the egg noodles.
