Recipe: potato salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta
Here is a potatoe salad similisr to what I do but I never use a written recipe.
Potato salad
4 cups potatoes cooked and cubed
1 to 1-1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup onionchopp0ed
1/4 cup celery chopped
2 Tbl. green pepper (opt.)
3 to 4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup mayonaise
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp.mustard
cook potatoes in there skins, cool, peel and cube. add remaining ingredients. stir together and chill
