Recipe(tried): Prevent weeping meringue

Misc.
I found that by adding 1 teaspoon of cornstarch to the sugar for pie meringue the "weeping" stops. Also if you have a mini food processor, you might try processing the sugar for a few seconds until it is super-fine. The weeping meringue has always been a problem for me since I live in the humid south, but the addition of cornstarch is an easy, cheap solution.
