Recipe(tried): Puerto Rican Pork Roast Marinade

This marinade works for chicken as well as the pork. Hope you like.

PUERTO RICAN PORK ROAST

juice of 4 limes
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
7 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons oregano
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
pork roast (or 4 chicken breast halves)

Mix everything. Put marinade in zip lock bag (squeeze out all the air ) with roast for a minimum of 4 hours, overnight is better. Turn over once or twice. Can marinate as long as 48 hours. Chicken is great cooked on grill.
