Recipe(tried): Puffy German Pancakes

Not sure if this is what you are looking for, but this recipe is pretty good, and it is a change of pace:

2 Tbsp. Butter
4 eggs
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
cinnamon

Put butter in heavy skillet (10 inch ovenproof). Place in oven. Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour batter in hot skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes, until edges are deep brown and puffy. DO NOT PEEK for the first 20 minutes! To serve, cut into wedges and top with syrup or your favorite toppings. We use confectioners sugar and syrup.
