ISO: Baked Pancakes

Good Morning...I am getting lazy in my old age, and am looking for a Baked pancake that looks and tastes like a pancake, only baked. I have tried a regular mix, only to be able to pound nails with the results.
Please add my prayers to the family, for a speedy recovery. Also thanks for the game this morning. It will go with us to our Christmas Party. Love to all..
