Q&E Beef Stew
This recipe is made in tin foil packets, each person can customize it to their taste. the following is how I like it.
1 can or jar beef gravy
1 package stew beef
carrots
onion
celery
potato
green pepper
turnip
cut up vegtables and place them on a portion size of tin foil along with beef, form a sort of a bowl, then pour some of the canned or jarred gravy over the mix and tightly seal. this can be cooked on a grill or on a campfire. care must be taken so as foil does not get so hot that it burns. cook until meat is thoroughly cooked and safe to eat. just like beef stew at home this can slow cook for a long period of time. the longer it cooks the more tender the beef becomes.
