Recipe: Quick Beer Bread (batter bread)

Breads - Assorted
Quick Beer Bread

3 cups flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
12 oz beer, at room temperature

Mix all ingredients.

Grease 9x5-inch loaf pan and pour mixture into pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, or until brown.
