Recipe: Quick Spinach Pasta

Quick Spinach Pasta

My family's personal favorite - a fast-fix, "make the family happy" one -- the kids ask for it for their birthdays!

8 oz spaghetti, cooked
1 lb frozen spinach, cooked
1/2 cup skim milk
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste
parmesan cheese to taste

Combine all ingredients except spaghetti in food processor. Puree. Pour over hot pasta.
