Recipe: Rasin Squares

RAISIN SQUARES

1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. raisins, coarsely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat egg and add sugar. Add other ingredients, mixing
well. Bake in greased pan (8 x 8-inches) at 350 degrees for 20
minutes.
